Hi, and welcome! My name is Ty, and I am a Lecturer with the Centre for Education and Computing (CEMC) and an Adjunct Professor in the Pure Mathematics department at the University of Waterloo. My research interests are in mapping class groups (big and small!), ordered groups, and low-dimensional topology. See my maths page for more.
